摘要
为了确定某矿5-108综放工作面合理的放煤参数,依据散体介质相似理论和现场数据,运用PFC2D(散体颗粒流)数值模拟软件,研究不同放煤步距对顶煤移动放出规律、煤岩流动轨迹以及顶煤回收率和含矸率的影响。通过模拟得出最优的放煤方式,在此基础上运用PFC软件模拟分析选择最佳的放煤步距。结果表明,5-108综放工作面最优放煤方式为两采一放,最佳的放煤步距为1.6m。
In order to determine the reasonable coal-drawing parameters of 5- 108 fully mechanized caving face of a coal mine, according to the similarity theory of granular medium and field data, PFC2D software was used to study the influence of different coal-drawing interval on top coal movement law, coal and rock flow path, top coal recovery rate and refuse content. Through the simulation the best drawing way was obtained, and based on it using PFC software simulated and analyzed the coal-drawing interval to select the best. The results showed that the best coal drawing way of 5- 108 fully mechanized caving face was two mining and one caving, and the best drawing interval was 1.6m.
