分析了特大型球磨机国内外研究状况和发展趋势,研究了特大型球磨机故障机理、特征及规律,摸索出一整套故障诊断及维修关键技术,可及时、快速、准确地查找出故障部位并排除,能使粉磨效率、粉磨粒度、能耗指标、生产能力、运行可靠性、机群协同作业等指标提高,实现了设备事故为零的目标。

The research status and development trend of oversize ball mill at home and abroad was analyzed, and the failure mechanism, characteristics and law of oversize ball mill were studied. The key technology of failure diagnosis and maintenance were found out, and by it can find the failure position quickly and accurately and troubleshooting. This can improve the grinding efficiency, particle size, energy consumption indexes, production capacity, operational reliability and machines cooperative work, which realized the equipment zero failure.
