“一带一路”背景下陕西省旅游业的发展研究

Research on the Development of Tourism in Shaanxi Province under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

随着"一带一路"战略的提出,陕西省旅游业蓬勃发展。本文基于旅游业自身属性分析,重点研究了在"一带一路"背景下陕西省旅游业的发展及其外溢效应,包括旅游业对财政的直接贡献、间接贡献,对国民经济的贡献,以及对住宿业、餐饮业、资源保护的外部效应分析;同时国家政策也进一步促进了陕西省旅游业的发展,包括财政支出、固定资产投资对旅游业的影响。陕西省旅游业的快速发展与国家的战略政策有很大关系,从之前的西部大开发到现在的"一带一路"战略,因此当地政府有必要采取政策措施进一步促进旅游业的发展,迎接"一带一路"战略给陕西带来的前所未有的历史机遇,使陕西旅游不断走向世界。

With the advance of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, Shaanxi tourism is booming. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of tourism, this paper focuses on the development and spillover effects of tourism in Shaanxi Province under the background of ＂The Belt and Road＂, including the direct and indirect contribution of tourism to finance, the contribution of tourism to the national economy, and the analysis of the external effects of tourism to accommodation, catering industry and resource protection. At the same time, the national policy further promotes the development of tourism in Shaanxi Province, including the impact of fiscal expenditure and investment in fixed assets on tourism. The rapid development of Shaanxi＇ s tourism is closely related to the national strategic policy from the western development to ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy. Therefore, in order to meet the historical opportunity of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy to Shaanxi, it is necessary for the local government to take policy measures to promote the further development of the tourism, making the Shaanxi tourism into the world.
