基于Tobit模型的“一带一路”旅游产业效率投资影响因素及策略研究

A Study on Influening Factors of Investment Efficiency in “the Belt and Road” Tourism Based on Tobit Model and Their Implications

本文以国家政策为依据,构建了"一带一路"省区旅游产业效率评价的投入产出指标体系,并运用数据包络分析方法测算了2011-2016年"一带一路"省区的旅游产业效率,同时运用Tobit模型对"一带一路"旅游产业效率投资影响因素进行了探究。基于此,提出了促进"一带一路"旅游产业资源利用、增加产业效率的对策建议。

This paper constructed the Input output index system for evaluating provincial tourism industry efficiency of the Belt and Road Initiative based on the national policy. Then this paper using data envelopment analysis method to calculated the 2011 -2016 provinces tourism industry efficiency and at the same time used tobit model to explore the influence factors of tourism industry efficiency. In the end, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions how to increase the efficiency of the industry and resources utilization and the efficiency of the industry.
