产业集群中的企业家导向、有意识的知识溢出与集群企业知识资本

Research on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Knowledge Capital of Cluster Enterprises: The Mediating Effect of Conscious Knowledge Spillover

知识的战略资源属性为进一步研究产业集群持续创新的内在机理提供了新的视角,而考察有利于创新的知识资本如何受到集群企业战略导向的影响具有重要意义。基于战略导向理论和知识资本理论,本文首先界定了有意识的知识溢出的概念内涵,并将其纳入到企业家导向战略与知识资本获取行为影响的研究中。以大连电子信息产业集群和软件产业集群中的211个高技术企业样本数据构建结构方程模型,研究结果显示:集群企业中较高的企业家导向水平对有意识的知识溢出,和知识资本的积累都具有正向影响,即凡是力图通过培养企业家导向来获取外部知识的企业,应注重企业战略层面的创新性、先动性与风险承担性,更需要通过与外部企业的合作来维持在知识网络中的竞争优势。而有意识的知识溢出在企业家导向和知识资本间起到了部分中介的作用。

In this paper, we propose a new perspective to interpret the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation to promote the accumulation of knowledge capital. Based on the core concepts of consciousness of knowledge spillover, combined with entrepreneurial orientation and the theory of the field of knowledge, we construct the structural equation model of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge capital in the intermediary role of conscious knowledge spillovers. The research sample data are collected from high-teeh enterprises of Dalian electronic information industry cluster and software industry cluster , through the empirical analysis, we find that enterprises with high entrepreneurial orientationlevel have a positive impact on knowledge spillover and knowledge capital accumulation, and conscious knowledge spillover plays a partial intermediary role between the entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge capital. Based on this, this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the potential of knowledge capital in of cluster enterprise.
