强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的X线CT对照分析

摘要 探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)骶髂关节病变的X线及CT影像表现,提高强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断水平。资料与方法:回顾性分析经临床确诊的116例强直性脊柱炎的X线及CT表现,对二者的影像诊断进行了对比。116例强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变中,X线诊断为强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的71例,正常38例,可疑7例。CT薄层扫描+骨算法重建诊断为强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的107例,正常4例,可疑5例。CT薄层扫描骨算法重建可以提高强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的检出率及正确分级,可疑X线DR平片应行CT骶髂关节薄层扫描,以明确诊断。
