摘要
通过水玻璃法,以硅酸钠、六甲基二硅氧烷、乙烯基乙氧基二甲基硅氧烷等为主要原料成功合成出MQ树脂(M:(CH3)3SiO0.5,Q:SiO4),所合成MQ树脂的M/Q值为0.8,乙烯基含量2.6%,热分析结果显示其具有较好的热性能。以所合成的MQ树脂、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、硅氢交联剂、铂金催化剂、促进剂、甲苯等为原材料制备有机硅压敏胶,研究了M/Q值对压敏胶性能的影响。结果显示,当M/Q值为0.8时,树脂与甲苯的相容性最好,压敏胶具有较好的涂布工艺性能,所制备的压敏胶剥离强度为1.5g/25mm,水煮45min无脱胶现象,透光率为92%,雾度1.5%,280℃烘烤10min无脱胶现象,排气速度为0.5s,具有优良的使用性能。该研究为MQ树脂的合成提供了新的原材料选择,降低了工业化生产成本,也为有机硅压敏胶的工业化生产提供了理论指导。
MQ resin (M:(CH3)3SiO0.5 ,Q:SiO4) was successfully synthesized by using sodium silicate,hexamethyld isiloxane and vinyl ethoxy dimethyl siloxane as the main raw materials. The M/Q value of the synthesized MQ resin was 0.8 and the vinyl content was about 2.6 %. The thermal analysis results show that it has better thermal performance. The silicone pressure sensitive adhesives(PSAs) was prepared with the synthesized MQ resin, methyl vinyl silicone rubber, sili- con hydrogen cross-linking agent, platinum catalyst,accelerator and toluene as raw materials. The effect of M/Q value on the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive was studied. The results show that the resin has the best eompatihility with toluene when the M/Q value is 0. 8, which makes the PSAs have better coating process performance. The adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is 1.5 g/25 ram. There is no degumming phenomenon after being boiled for 45 min,the transmittance is 92% ,the haze degree is 1.5% ,and the exhaust speed is 0.5 s. A new selection of raw materi als for the synthesis of MQ resin was provided, reducing the cost of industrial production. And theoretical guidance for the industrial production of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive was also provided.
