摘要 航空发动机轴承部件磨损是导致发动机失效,引起飞机重大事故的主要因素之一。通过监测航空发动机油液中磨粒的情况,可以判断轴承部件的磨损程度。以往的检测方法存在操作难度高、随机性大、定量误差较大等问题。提出了基于电容层析成像(electrical capacitance tomography,ECT)实现飞机发动机磨粒检测的方法,搭建了实验系统,建立了磨粒大小、位置等与电容值变化关系的数学模型。通过有限元仿真和实测试验表明,ECT方法能实现颗粒状金属材料大小的检测。试验检测系统配套36 mm内径传感器,可以检测3~8 mm的颗粒状金属材料。 The wear of aviation engine bearing parts is one of main factors that cause engine failure and serious accidents. The wear degree of bearing parts can be judged by monitoring the wear debris of the aero engine oil. In the past, the detection method has the problem of difficulty operation, high randomness and large quantitative error. This paper presents a method for the detection of aircraft engine wear debris based on electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) and establishes an experimental system and establishes a mathematical model of the relationship between the size or the situation of the abrasive particle and the change of capacitance value. Through the ANSYS and test experiment, the ECT method can detect the size of metal particles. The experiment system is equipped with 36 mm internal diameter sensors, which can detect the particles' size of 3 ~ 8 mm.
