我国民宿研究进展

Review of the Domestic's Bed and Breakfast

民宿已成为当前乡村旅游研究的热点。文章梳理了大陆与台湾的民宿研究成果,分析发现:大陆与台湾的民宿研究各有侧重,大陆相关研究主要集中在文化内涵、建筑设计、经营管理、游客服务与产业发展等五个方面,而台湾相关研究则主要侧重分析民宿的经营管理效益与游客服务的关系。总的来看,我国民宿相关研究在研究内容、研究理论、研究尺度、研究对象、研究视角、研究方法六个方面逐渐体现出不断优化的特点;台湾民宿研究与实践对大陆具有一定启示借鉴作用。

Bed＆Breakfast has become a research hotspot of rural tourism in China.This paper reviews the re- search of the China's Mainland and Taiwan, which found that the emphasis of research to the China's Mainland and Taiwan is different.The former research mainly focuses on five aspects of cultural connotation, architectural design, business management, visitor services and industrial development, and the latter mainly focuses on the analysis of relationship between benefit and management of pension services for tourists. In general, the related research of domestic from the aspects of research content, research theory, research scale, research object, research perspective, research methods what gradually reflect the characteristics of continuous optimization;the research and practice of Taiwan＇ s Bed＆Break- fast has certain reference to the mainland.
