居民地方感视角下的龙胜平安壮寨农家旅馆提升对策研究

Promotion Countermeasures of the Farmhouse Lodge in Longji Ping'an Zhuang Village from the Perspective of Residents' Sense of Place

广西龙胜平安壮寨农家旅馆是随着平安壮寨乡村旅游的发展而出现的,但在快速发展过程中也出现了同质化、缺乏特色等一系列问题。居民地方感主要被划分为地方归属、地方认同、地方依恋等维度,是旅游地方感研究的重要视角。文章在地方感视角下,基于对平安壮寨的田野调查,通过与农家旅馆经营者的深度访谈,分析平安壮寨农家旅馆的发展现状以及存在的问题,并从地方感的理论视角对平安壮寨农家旅馆的发展提出相应的提升对策,是对民族村寨农家旅馆升级的探索。

Under the background of rural tourism development, farmhouse lodge appeared to meet urban resi- dents＇ needs of experiencing farm life in rural area.The farmhouse lodge in Ping＇ an Village has been playing a signifi- cant role in the development of rural tourism of Ping＇an.However, In the process of rapid development, a series of prob- lems have occurred to the farmhouse lodge in Ping＇an Village, such as lack of characteristics, homogenization, etc.Resi- dents＇ sense of place is mainly divided into three dimensions, such as local affiliation, local identity and local attach- ment, which are the important perspectives of the tourism research.On the basis of the field work in Ping＇ an Village and the interview of farmhouse lodge operators, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of farm- house lodge of Ping＇ an Village, and puts forward some corresponding promotion countermeasures for the development of Ping＇ an farmhouse lodge from the perspective of residents＇ sense of place, as an attempt for upgrades solutions of the farmhouse lodge in ethnic village of China.
