摘要
介绍了离子膜烧碱装置膜极距改造情况。改造后,单元槽电压平均下降0.276 V,吨碱折百直流电耗平均下降211 k W·h。
The zero-gap remodeling of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers for caustic soda was introduced. After transformation,the average of the unit cell voltage dropped by 0.276 V,the average drop of DC power consumption was 211 kW·h per ton of caustic soda on 100% purity basis.
