摘要
通过对聚合投料工艺进行改造,由单体槽向聚合釜改为直接由球罐向聚合釜投料,减少了中间控制环节;对回收单体的投料方式进行改造,由原来新鲜单体和回收单体分开投料,改为对回收单体经过处理后直接混入新鲜单体中进行混合投料,减少了操作程序。
Introduced the polymerization feeding process of transformation,reduce the existing process by the monomer tank to polymerization kettle feeding way,instead of directly from the tank to the polymerization kettle feeding,reduce the intermediate link control;on the recovery of monomer feeding mode transformation,by original fresh monomer and monomer recovery from feeding,instead of recycling monomer processed directly mixed with fresh monomer in mixed feeding,reduce the operating procedures.
