浅谈缓冲器的结构优化

摘要 往复压缩机由于压缩过程的不连续,致使设备中的工艺气产生脉动,通常会在压缩机气缸的进出口位置设置脉动抑制装置,也称缓冲器。借鉴湍流流动的消减理论,对于脉动气流的流场进行模拟分析,将常规缓冲器的结构进行一定的优化,增设部分内件,以增强缓冲器气流脉动消减作用,进而增强减振效果。 Process gas in equipment will generate pulsation due to the discontinuous in compression process of reciprocating compres-sor. Generally, a device restraining pulsation or buffer is set in the position of the inlet and outlet of compressor cylinder. The paper carried out simulation and analysis on the field of pulsation airflow based on the reduction theory of turbulent flow. The structure of conventional buffer has been optimized in some extent, in which some parts are added to enhance the buffer air flow pulsation reduc-tion effect, thereby enhancing the damping effect.
