农业高职院校大学生涉农创业意向影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention of Agriculture in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges

农业高职院校大学生从事涉农创业,既能缓解高职院校毕业生就业难的问题,也能为现代农业的发展做出贡献。文章基于计划行为理论,从行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三个维度实证分析了影响农业高职院校大学生涉农创业意向的关键因素,在此基础上提出相关建议,为如何强化农业高职院校大学生创新创业能力培养以及建立相应长效机制提供理论依据与实证支持。

College students' agricultural business can alleviate the employment difficulties of graduates in higher vocational colleges,and also can make contributions to the development of modern agriculture. Based on the theory of planned behavior,the paper made an empirical analysis of the influencing factors on college students' entrepreneurial intention of agriculture in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges from three dimensions of attitudes,subjective norm and perceived behavior control,then put forward some suggestions,in order to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for how to strengthen the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges and the establishment of corresponding long-term mechanism.
