多元与共性:创新人才培养模式的国际比较

Diversity and Commonality:International Comparison of Models of Cultivating Innovative Talents

美国、英国、德国等国家有着重视培养人的创新能力的悠久传统,已经形成比较成熟的创新人才培养模式,这些模式存在着四个方面的基本共性:自由与多元的学习环境、以个性发展为价值取向、以创新能力的素养培养为重心、以探究式学习为主要的培养方式。国外成功经验对于我国创新人才培养模式的完善有三点启示:营造更加开放、自由的学习环境;培养学生深度学习的能力;以创新能力素养为依据选择课程知识。

Countries like America,Britain and Germany have a long tradition of attaching importance to cultivating people＇ s innovation capacity,and have formed more mature models of cultivating innovative talents.There are four basic commonalities of these models： with free and diverse learning environment,with personality development as the value orientation,innovation capacity as the focus,and exploring learning as the major method.The successful experience of foreign countries inspires us to enhance China＇s cultivating models in the following three aspects,that is,to create a more open and free learning environment,to cultivate students＇ ability of deep learning,and to determine course content based on innovation capacity literacy.
