推进教育法治是全面推进依法治国的重要组成部分,要实现以良法促进教育发展,保障教育善治,首先必须解决教育法治存在的法律体系不健全;法律规范不统一;立法不及时;法律救济不通畅;法治思维不到位;执法不得力;法律监督不落实;法治观念不强等八大问题。

Comprehensively advancing the rule of law in education is an important part of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in the country. In order to promote the development of education with good law and ensure good rule in education,the following eight problems must be solved： the inadequacy in legal system of education legal system, the incongruity of legal norms, lagging law making, unavailable legal help,insufficient thoughts of the rule of law; ineffective law enforcement,not carrying out legal supervision and weak concept of rule of law.
