摘要 "全民阅读"活动在我国开展十年以来,取得了卓越成效,但是与此同时在广大民族地区,阅读率仍然处于较低的水平。本文针对民族地区的调研来看,尽管全民阅读的开展在一定程度上有效缓解了广大民族地区和农村地区"阅读难"的问题,但是受制于少数民族民众的文化水平、社会环境因素的制约,少数民族阅读动机的不足导致民族地区的阅读率低的困境未能有改善。因此,下一步民族地区阅读量的提升将有赖于长效制度保障、媒体舆论引导、家庭阅读氛围培养、人际传播互动影响,同时通过有效的激励机制来调动少数民族民众的阅读积极性,最终实现民族地区阅读量的提升。 The "national reading" activity has achieved remarkable results in China for ten years, But at the same time, the reading rate is still at a low level in the majority of ethnic areas. Despite the fact that the nationwide reading has effectively alleviated the problem of"reading difficulties" in the minority areas and rural areas, restricted by the cultural level and social environment factors of ethnic minorities, the problem of low reading rate in minority areas led by the lack of reading motivation hasn't been solved. The improvement of reading situation in ethnic areas will depend on long-term system of protection, media guidance, cultivation of family reading atmosphere and the influence of interpersonal communication. At the same time, effective incentive mechanism could also be used to mobilize minority people's reading interests.
