摘要
本科生导师制是牛津大学为提高本科生教学质量而制定的一项重要措施,导师的职责也处于不断的变化之中。当代牛津大学本科生导师的职责可以分为学习指导、学术训练和就业指导三个部分,其中学习指导包括制定计划、因材施教、能力培养、准备考试四个方面,学术训练包括选择内容、利用反馈两个方面,就业指导包括培养职业能力、就业推荐两个方面,这为我国进一步明确本科生导师的职责要求、细化本科生导师的职责内容提供了借鉴。
The undergraduate tutorial system is an important measure to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching in Oxford and the duties of tutors are also constantly changing. The contemporary duties of undergraduate tutors in Oxford can be divided into three parts: learning guidance, academic training and employment guidance. The learning guidance includes four aspects, making plans, teaching in accordance with aptitudes, ability training and examination preparation, the academic training includes two aspects, selection of contents and utilization of feedbacks, and the employment guidance includes two aspects, occupation ability training and employment recommendation. They make it clear and definite for China to learn the undergraduate tutorial duties of requirements and detail the undergraduate tutorial duties of contents.
