摘要
为提高天然气管道的输送效率,须根据管道的实际运行情况定期清管。为此,分析了清管的必要性,介绍了泡沫器、皮碗器、直板器、直板皮碗组合清管器4类清管器的结构特性。理论分析推导出清管器的运行速度并强调清管器监听过程中的注意事项。根据理论再结合榆济天然气长输管道的清管实践,分析泡沫器、测径清管器、磁力钢刷清管器以及重型清管器的基本参数,对比分析各类清管器实际运行速度与理论计算速度的误差,指出清管器理论计算速度未考虑实际中的影响因素,建议可对理论计算公式进行优化使其更接近于实际情况,可在监听点设置电子感应器以精确计算清管器的运行时间,以及针对不同清管器选取可靠的过盈量以达到好的清管效果。
It's very essential to implement periodic pigging based on actual operation of gas pipelines in order to increase their efficiency.In this study,the pigging significance was analyzed,and four types,including foam,cup,straight plate,and straight plate plus cup pigs,were summarized in terms of their framework and features.Results show their running speed and emphasize the dos and don'ts during pig monitoring.Moreover,based on some practice from the Yuji long-distance gas pipelines,we analyzed basic parameters of foam,caliper,magnetic steel brush,and heavy-duty pigs,and then compared the errors between real running speed and one from theoretical calculation,thirdly pointed out some affecting factors not considered in that theoretical calculation,finally made suggestions,including(1)to optimize the theoretical calculation formula close to fact,(2)to install electrical sensors at monitoring point to measure precisely running time,and(3)to chose a reliable magnitude of interference for various pigs to gain the best pigging effect.
