摘要
针对油气企业的专业技术人员职业生涯发展普遍存在的上升通道问题,提出了专业技术岗位序列管理模式,阐述了国内外有关专业技术岗位序列管理的理论、经验和启示,分析了油气企业实施专业技术岗位序列管理存在的设计与管理问题,从构建油气企业专业技术岗位序列优化设计模型、构建专业技术岗位序列绩效考核体系两个角度出发,提出了油气企业专业技术岗位序列管理的优化措施。
Sequence management mode of professional technical posts is proposed pertinent to universal ascending channel problem of career development for professional technical personnel in oil and gas enterprises;the theory,experience and enlightenment related to professional technical posts at home and abroad are elaborated and design and management problems for oil and gas enterprises to implement sequence management of professional technical posts are analyzed;optimization measures of sequence management of professional technical posts for oil and gas enterprises are proposed from the two perspectives of constructing sequence optimization design model of professional technical posts of oil and gas enterprises and constructing performance assessment system of professional technical post sequence.
