从基层石油员工的角度出发,基于对"人人都是企业形象大使"的理解认识,提出在重塑中国石油良好形象的过程中,基层班组应该坚持脚踏实地,以持续强化五型班组建设为主要任务,以及在五型班组的建设中如何抓住创建关键点来打造忠诚担当、风清气正、守法合规、勤俭节约、稳健高效的石油班组形象,增强石油企业的品牌效应和切实达到助力提升企业整体形象的目的。

It is proposed that grass-root teams should be down to earth and regard sustainable strengthening five-type team construction as the main task in the process of remodeling good image of Petro China based on the understanding that"all people are image ambassadors of the enterprise"from the perspective of grass-root petroleum staff;the teams should forge loyal and responsible,honest and upright,law-abiding,thrift and steady and efficient oil team image through grasping key construction points so as to strengthen brand effect and improve overall enterprise image of oil enterprises.
