摘要
作为对应届大学生毕业后一段时间内暂时延缓就业状态的客观描述,"慢就业"可以分为积极"慢就业"和消极"慢就业"。经济发展水平提高、经济结构转型和产业升级影响"慢就业",大学生和家长就业观念的积极嬗变推动积极"慢就业"。高校教育方法和专业设置的滞后,毕业大学生供需结构性错位、大学生职业认知和就业观念的偏差等因素综合造成消极"慢就业"。"慢就业"不仅是大学生的事情,也需要政府、高校、新闻媒体、家庭等各类主体的协力,以营造良好的就业环境,鼓励大学生积极"慢就业",脱离消极"慢就业"。
As an objective description of college graduates’ temporarily postponed employment status, "slow employment" can be divided into positive "slow employment" and negative "slow employment". The improvement of economic development, the transformation of economic structure and the upgrading of industries have affected the "slow employment". The positive evolution of college students and their parents’ concept of employment has promoted positive "slow employment". The lag of teaching methods and subject settings in colleges and universities, the dislocation of supply and demand structure of graduates, the deviation of college students’ occupational cognition and employment concept and other factors have caused negative "slow employment". "Slow employment" is not only related to the college students, but also a social problem. The government, universities, news media, families and other subjects need cooperation to create a favorable employment environment, encourage college students to select positive "slow employment" and get rid of negative "slow employment".
