信息时代下大学生就业安全问题探究

Research on the Employment Security of College Students in Information Era

随着我国网络信息的普及与发展,高校俨然已经成为网络时代的前沿阵地,高校毕业生和谐、平稳、安全的就业显得格外重要。毕业生在就业前夕容易思想松散,过度依赖网络,从而出现个人信息泄露、无法甄别信息真伪、就业心理压力大、误入传销组织等一系列安全问题。文章立足于高校毕业生在信息高速发展时代下的就业安全问题现状,从国家、社会、高校、家庭及毕业生自身五个方面深刻剖析发生此类问题的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。

With the popularization and development of network information in our country, the universities have become the forefront place of the network era and the harmonious, stable and safe employment of college graduates is important particularly. On the eve of the employment, graduates are in the idea of loose and excessive dependence on the network, which results in the leakage of personal information, inability on identifying the authenticity of the information, hard pressure of the employment psychological, straying into Pyramid Selling Organizations and a series of security problems. Based on the present employment situation of college graduates in the era of the high-speed information development, the paper analyzes the causes of college graduates’ employment security problems deeply from the the national, society, universities, families, and graduates puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures.
