摘要
马克思主义理论对女性地位历史演变和发展规律进行重要论述,为中国女性的发展提供了强大的思想武器。男权主义下的性别歧视、资本逻辑与追求效益最大化下的就业歧视、家务劳动耗费无补偿化、政策法规的模糊性、多样角色冲突等加重了女性就业与生存发展的压力。促进两性和谐联合发展、充分展现女性本质、构建先进性别文化是女性从家庭走出来投入到社会劳动中的价值诉求。要真正促进女性的发展,就必须提高女性社会参与率和劳动率,这需要大力发展生产力,建构两性和谐的社会发展制度,实现家务劳动的社会化并纳入劳动耗费补偿中,增强对女性的教育培训。
The evolution and development law of women's history is discussed in Marxism,which provides Chinese women with a powerful ideological tool.There are still problems existing in women's employment,such as gender discrimination,employment discrimination,free household labor,the ambiguity of policies and regulations,and the conflict of various roles.Therefore,we should promote the harmonious gender development,fully demonstrate the nature of women,and build advanced gender culture especially the women's value of the demands from family to society.In order to improve women's social participation rate and labor rate,we need to develop the productive forces,construct the social development system of gender harmony,realize the socialization of household and the compensation of family labor,and strengthen the education and training of women.
