中国农业供给侧结构性改革的主要困境与应对逻辑

The Main Dilemma and the Corresponding Logic of China's Agricultural Supply Side Structural Reform

农业供给侧结构性改革面临的难题涉及农户、农业产业化和组织化、科技水平、基础设施建设、管理服务、生态资源和环境等方面。加快中国农业供给侧结构性改革主要从四个方面入手:树立变革性、创新性、系统性、可持续性的现代化农业发展意识;建立市场、政府、农户的一体化联动机制;加大农业资金投入力度、提高农业科技水平、健全农产品定价形成机制;注重发挥农业的多功能作用。

The problems faced by structural reform of agricultural supply side are related to farmers themselves,agricultural industrialization and organization,science and technology level,infrastructure construction,management service,ecological resources and environment.We should speed up the structural reform of China＇s agricultural supply side mainly from four aspects：to establish a transformative,innovative,systematic and sustainable modernization of agricultural development awareness;the establishment of the market,government,farmers integrated linkage mechanism;to increase agricultural funds investment efforts,to improve the level of agricultural science and technology,to improve the pricing mechanism of agricultural products;focus on the multi-functional role of agriculture.
