新常态下我国金融资源错配、影响及纠错机制

The Mismatch, Influence and Correction Mechanism of China's Financial Resources Under the New Normal

当前,我国金融资源错配状况普遍存在,严重制约了资源配置效率与资产回报率的提升,干扰了企业的资本结构,影响我国的经济增长和经济结构调整。文章就资源错配的现状及其对经济增长的影响、资源错配的影响因素进行了阐述,提出要进一步优化金融资源配置的纠错机制,提高信贷政策扶持力度,推进利率市场化以及加快发展多种融资渠道等对策。

The financial resources mismatch between state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises has seriously restricted the efficiency of resource allocation and the rate of return of assets,which has disturbed the capital structure of enterprises and seriously affected China＇s economic growth and economic restructuring.In this paper,the status quo of resource mismatch and its impact on economic growth and resource mismatch are expounded.On this basis,the error correction mechanism of future resource mismatch is discussed,such as to optimize error-correcting mechanism for financial resource allocation,to improve credit policy support,to promote interest rate liberalization and accelerate multiple financing channels.
