Multi-parameter Imaging to Identify Focal Prostatitis and Prostate Cancer

目的:利用多参数成像鉴别局灶性前列腺炎症与前列腺癌。方法:收集12例经病理证实为局灶性前列腺炎患者的MRI多参数成像资料并进行回顾性分析。结果:局灶性前列腺炎病灶形态呈斑片状或非结节样,位于周围带,T2WI表现低信号,DWI弥散受限,动态增强扫描强化始于动脉晚期,强化曲线类型为平台型。结论:多参数MR成像相结合有助于评估和诊断局灶性前列腺炎及其与前列腺癌相鉴别,指导病灶的靶向活检。

Objective： Using multiple parameter imaging to identify focal inflammation of prostate and prostate canc- er. Methods： The MRI muhiparameter imaging data of 10 patients with focal prostatitis confirmed by pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results： Focal prostatitis is patchy or nodular lesions form, located in the peripheral zone, T2WI for low signal can be shown, DWI dispersion is limited, can strengthen began in the late arterial dynamic enhanced scan, platform type for the time signal intensity curve features. Conclusion： Multi - parameter combination of MR imaging helps to assessment and diagnosis of focal prostatitis and prostate cancer that differentiates, guide targeted biopsy of lesions.
