颈部血管彩超联合经颅多普勒超声对脑梗死患者动脉斑块形成阳性检出率的影响

Effect of Carotid Duplex Ultrasound Combined with Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography on Positive Detection Rate of Arterial Plaque Formation in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨颈部血管彩超(CUS)联合经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对脑梗死患者动脉斑块形成阳性检出率的影响。方法:选取我院70例脑梗死患者,均行CUS、TCD影像学检查,观察不同检查方法对脑梗死患者动脉斑块形成阳性检出率。结果:CUS与TCD联合检测对动脉斑块形成阳性检出率为97.14%(68/70)高于CUS、TCD各单一检测(82.86%、80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈部血管彩超联合经颅多普勒超声检查可提高对脑梗死患者动脉斑块形成阳性检出率。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Carotid Duplex Ultrasound （CUS） combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography （TCD） on positive detection rate of arterial plaque formation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 70 patients with cerebral infarction in hospital were checked by CUS, TCD imaging, and observed the positive de- tection rate of arterial plaque formation in patients with cerebral infarction by different inspection methods. Results： Measured positive detection rate of arterial plaque formation by CUS combined with TCD was 97. 14% （68/70）, which was higher than that of CUS and TCD single measure （82. 86%, 80. 00% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclu- sion： Carotid Duplex Ultrasound combined with transcranial Doppler uhrasonography can improve the positive detection rate of arterial plaque formation in patients with cerebral infarction.
