摘要
为了探索葛根连芩提取液体外抗猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的作用,在Marc-145细胞上进行相关抗病毒试验。在药物对Marc-145细胞的安全浓度范围内,通过细胞病变效应(CPE)来评价药物对PRRSV体外的抑制作用和阻断作用。结果显示,葛根连芩提取液对PRRSV有明显的体外阻断作用,而对PRRSV没有体外抑制作用。
In order to explore the antivial effect of extract from Chinese herbal medicine （ mixture of Pueraria, Coptischinensisand-Scutellariabaicalensis） on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV）, this study was carried out on Marc-145 ceils. The cytotoxic effect （CPE） was used to evaluate the inhibitory and blocking effects of the drug on PRRSV in vitro within the safe concentration range of the drug to Marc - 145 cells. The results showed that the extract of drug had obvious blocking effect on PRRSV, but had no inhibitory effect on PRRSV in vitro.
