摘要 建立了芪术玄参微粉和扶正解毒微粉2种中兽药微粉的粒度测定方法,用显微镜法和光散射法检测2种样品,并分别对2种检测方法进行了方法学考察。显微镜法所测样品视野中超过48μm的粒子平均个数均在0~4之间,偶有发现100~300μm的粒子。光散射法所测样品小于48μm粒子所占比例在96.56%~98.50%之间,大于75μm的粒子所占比例在0.08%~0.70%之间。2种检测方法结果基本吻合,可以相互结合来控制中兽药微粉的粒度。 Two determination methods for particle size were established to determine Qizhuxuanshen weifen and Fuzheng jiedu weifen. Microscopy and light scattering methods were used and the methodological investigation were studied. With the microscopic method, the average number of particle under 48 μm in the vision field were between zero and four, and 100 -300 μm particles were found occasionally. With the light scattering method, the proportion of particle under 48 μm was between 96.56% and 98.50%, and the proportion of particle higher than 48 μm was between 0.08% and 0.70%. The results of two methods are basically the same, and the two methods could be combined for granularity control for ultrafine powder of veterinary traditional Chinese medicine
