微小RNA与肺高血压的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺高血压(pulmonary hypertension,PH)可作为一种疾病独立存在,也可为多种疾病发展到一定阶段的病理生理表现。主要表现为肺血管细胞异常增殖和抗凋亡,肺血管重塑,肺动脉压力持续升高,最终导致右心衰竭乃至死亡。微小RNA(miRNA)是真核细胞中一组高度保守单链非编码小核苷酸片段,在转录后水平负性调控靶基因表达。大量研究表明miRNA与PH形成机制中肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonaryartery smooth musclecells,PASMC)、肺动脉内皮细胞(pulmonary arteryendothelial cells,PAEC)及肺动脉成纤维细胞的增殖、凋亡等密切相关。本文将miRNA与PH的研究进展做一综述。
