医学期刊编辑对学术不端行为的防范措施

Prevention skills of medical journal editors on academic misconduct

医学期刊学术论文写作与发表过程中存在着抄袭剽窃、一稿多投、重复发表、论文代写代发等不端行为,这些不端行为严重扰乱了学术氛围及期刊出版质量。为此,笔者对于医学论文的学术不端行为进行了分析,并总结了一些工作实践技巧,如要求作者提供课题及基金证书,开具单位证明,双系统核查,多次相似度检测以及对作者的不端行为的惩戒措施等,这些防范措施的使用杜绝了多数学术不端行为,在实践工作中取得了切实有效的效果。

There are plagiarism,multiple contributions,duplication and other misconducts in the process of writing and publication of academic papers in medical journals,which seriously disrupt the academic atmosphere and periodical publication quality.The writers analyzed and summarized some practical skills for preventing academic misconduct in medical papers,such as requirement of providing project and fund certificate,proof issued by a unit,double system verification,multiple similarity detection and the disciplinary measures on the author＇s misconduct.These preventive measures have eliminated most of the academic misconducts,which has achieved effective results in practical work.
