室内装修对农村居民健康影响的研究

Effects of indoor decoration pollution on rural residents' health

目的:探讨室内装修空气污染对农村居民健康的影响,以便为采取针对性的预防控制措施提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法对济宁周边农村入住新房时间≤1.5年的居民进行调查。结果:室内甲醛及挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)超标率分别为41.3%、59.1%;不同时间间隔组居民的呼吸系统症状、神经系统症状和皮肤疾病均有统计学差异(P<0.05),随着装修竣工后开始入住时间间隔的延长,出现各类不适症状的居民逐渐减少;简单装修组和复杂装修组居民的呼吸系统症状、眼睛刺激症状、神经系统症状和其他症状阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),复杂装修组高于简单装修组。结论:室内装修污染对农村居民健康有一定程度的不良影响。

Objective To explore the effect of indoor decoration pollution on rural residents＇ health,so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted prevention and control measures.Methods The residents living in the new house less than 1.5 years in Jining were selected for a survey by the stratified random sampling method.Results Indoor formaldehyde and TVOC exceeding rates were 41.3% and 59.1% ,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in residents＇ respiratory system symptoms,nervous system symptoms and skin diseases between different time interval groups（P〈0.05）.With the extension of check-in time interval after completion of the decoration,the number of residents with various kinds of symptoms gradually reduced.The positive rate of residents＇ respiratory system symptoms,the irritation symptoms of eyes,nervous system symptoms and other symptoms were statistically significant between simple decoration group and complex decoration group（P0.05）,and the rate in complex decoration group was higher than that in simple decoration group.Conclusions The indoor decoration pollution can have some adverse effect on rural residents＇ health.
