LKB1和MMP-7在口腔成釉细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions and clinical significances of LKB1 and MMP-7 in ameloblstoma

目的探讨LKB1和基质金属蛋白酶．7（MMP-7）在成釉细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测48例成釉细胞瘤组织和25例牙源性囊肿组织中LKB1和MMP．7基因蛋白的表达，结合病例随访资料分析其临床意义。结果LKB1及MMP-7在成釉细胞瘤中的表达率与牙源性囊肿组织中的表达率相关，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；LKB1、MMP-7的阳性表达率与成釉细胞瘤的病理分类有相关性（P〈0．05），但与年龄和性别不相关（P〉0．05）；复发组LKB1和MMP-7蛋白在成釉细胞瘤中的表达率与无复发组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；LKBI与MMP-7在成釉细胞瘤中的表达呈负相关（r=-0．401，P〈0．05）。结论LKB1、MMP-7的表达与成釉细胞瘤的发生、进展及预后密切相关。联合检测LKBl、MMP-7蛋白的表达对成釉细胞瘤的早期诊断、判断预后有参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of liver kinase B1 （LKB1） protein and matrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7） in ameloblstoma. Methods The protein ex- pressions of LKB1 and MMP-7 in 48 cases of ameloblstoma and 25 cases of odontogenic cyst tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method, the clinical significances were analyzed with the follow-up data. Results The expression rate of LKB1 and MMP-7 in ameloblstoma were related to the expression rate in odontogenic cyst tissue, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of LKB1 and MMP-7 protein were related to the pathological classification of ameloblstoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no statistical significance in age and sex （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was a significant difference in the expression rate of LKB1 and MMP-7 between with and without recurrence groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were signifi- cant negative correlations between LKB1 and MMP-7 protein expression （ r = - 0. 401, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expressions and significances of LKB1 and MMP-7 protein were related to the occur- rence, development and prognosis of ameloblstoma. The combined detection of the expression of LKB1 and MMP-7 proteins may be valuable for the early diagnosis and prognosis of ameloblastoma.
