改良真皮内缝合法在整形美容外科中的应用

Application of modified dermal suture in plastic surgery

目的探讨改良真皮内缝合法在整形美容外科中的应用价值。方法根据患者切口缝合方法，将入选的88例手术患者分为观察组和对照组，每组44例。对照组采用传统缝合法，观察组采用改良真皮内缝合法。两组均随访3个月，比较两组切口缝合优良率、满意度与并发症发生情况（术后感染、脂肪液化等）。结果观察组术后来见感染、脂肪液化；对照纽术后感染2例（4．55％），脂肪液化1例（2．27％），两组比较差异来见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组切口缝合优良率和满意率分别为97．73％（43／44）、93．18％（41／44），对照组分别为86．36％（38／44）、77．17％（34／44），两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=3．880、34．426，P〈0．05）。结论在整形美容外科术后缝合中采用改良真皮内缝合法，可以有效改善切口缝合质量，提升患者满意度，是一种较好的切口缝合方法，值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the application value of modified dermal suture in plastic surgery. Methods According to the methods of incision suture, 88 cases of patients were divided into observation group and eontrol group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated by tradi- tional suture, while the observation group was treated by modified dermal suture. The two groups were followed up for 3 months to compare the excellent rate of suture, satisfaction of incision and the incidence complication rate （postoperative infection, fat liquefaction and so on）. Results There were no postoper- ative infection and fat liquefaction in observation group, but 2 cases （4.55%） of postoperative infection and 1 case （2.27 % ） of fat liquefaction in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Incision suture excellent rate and satisfaction rate were 97.73% （ 43/44 ）, 93.18% （41/44） respectively in observation group and 86. 36% （38/44） , 77.17% （34/44） respec- tively in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （x2 = 3. 880, 34. 426, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions In plastic surgery, modified dermal suture can effectively improve the quality and promote the satisfaction of patients for operation, which is a good incision suture method and is wor- thy for clinical application.
