膨润土制备铝制品过程中除铁新方法的研究

摘要 采用pH法去除膨润土中的铁及其它离子杂质,考察了pH值、反应温度、反应时间对除铁率及铝回收率的影响,除铁率可达到100%,并除掉了膨润土中的Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)等其他离子杂质,铝的回收率可达到93%。综合考虑除铁率与铝回收率的影响,本实验最佳pH值为12。相比之下pH法除铁操作简单,方便,效果显著。 Iron and other ion impurities in bentonite were removed by pH method.The influence of pH value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the removal rate of iron was investigated.The results showed that,the removal rate of iron could reach to 100%,and other impurities such as Mg^(2+) and Ca^(2+) in bentonite could also be removed.The relationship between pH value,reaction time,reaction temperature and recovery of aluminum was studied.The recovery of aluminum could reach to 92.3%.Considering the influence of the removal rate of iron and the recovery of aluminum,the optimum pH value of the experiment was 12.By contrast,the pH method is simple,convenient and effective in removing iron.
