摘要 建立高温水解-氟离子选择电极法测定生物质燃料中氟含量的方法,考察了燃烧温度、燃烧时间、氧气流量和水蒸气流量对测定氟含量的影响。结果表明,随着燃烧温度的不断升高,样品分解的越完全,当燃烧温度为900℃时,分解完全,氟含量达到平衡;燃烧时间为20 min时,样品完全分解,检测结果稳定;随着氧气流量和水蒸气流量不断增加,氟含量不断增加,当氧气流量和水蒸气流量分别为40 mL/min和3 mL/min,氟含量最大,随后增加反而下降。与其他检测方法比较,该方法操作简单,检测时间短,仪器便宜,容易推广。 A method for measuring fluorine content in biomass fuel by high temperature hydrolysis-fluoride ion selective electrode was established.The effect of combustion temperature,combustion time,oxygen flow rate and water vapor flow rate on the determination of fluorine content was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of combustion temperature,the decomposition of the sample was more complete; when the combustion temperature was 900 ℃,the decomposition was complete and the fluorine content reached the equilibrium.When the burning time was 20 min,the sample was completely decomposed and the test result was stable.With the increase of oxygen flow and water vapor flow,the fluorine content increased,and when the oxygen flow rate and water vapor flow were 40 mL/min and 3 mL/min respectively,the fluorine content was the largest.Compared with other detection methods,the method is simple,the detection time is short,the instrument is cheap and easy to popularize.
