青龙台油田综合防砂技术研究与应用

摘要 青龙台油田地层胶结疏松,油井出砂严重,常规的防砂措施后,出现了筛管堵塞、出细粉砂和防砂失效快等问题,严重影响了区块的正常生产,对此开展了综合防砂技术研究与应用,包括筛管防砂技术、地层深部防砂技术等,现场应用表明:这些技术分类实施有效地解决了油井出砂问题,提高了油藏开发效果。 Qinglongtai oil reservoir suffers a serious sand leaking because of its loose field formation,which often leads to screen blockage,and quick failure of sand control.The situation seriously restricts this block from normal production.In order to solve this problem,research and application of some comprehensive sand control technologies in this block have been carried out,including sieve sand control technology and deep layer sand control technology.The field application shows that,using these technologies separately can effectively solve the problem of sand leaking of the oil wells to improve the reservoir development effect.
