摘要
近年随着公司航天炉的推广和发展,公司设计了大量的制冷设施,其中就包括螺杆冰机、大型离心式氨冰机,用于满足工艺装置冷量需求,其中在涉氨压力管道的无损检测中,由于规范较多且国家相关监督管理部门也出台了一些法律法规,引起设计上的理解混乱和歧义,本文通过分析和咨询得出结论,希望给涉氨管道的无损检测比例的确定起到指导作用。
In recent years,with the promotion and development of HT-L gasifier,a large number of refrigeration facilities were designed,including screw refrigerators and large-scale centrifugal ammonia refrigerators,which were used to meet the cooling capacity demand of the process plant.Because of the variation of different codes and regulations issued by relevant supervisory and management departments,many misunderstandings and ambiguities were caused in nondestructive testing design of ammonia-related pressure pipe.In this paper,the determination of the ratio of nondestructive testing of ammonia-related pressure pipe was studied.
