北京市通州区冬季流感样病例病毒病原谱特征分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解北京市通州区冬季流感样病例病毒病原谱特征,为制定科学有效的防控措施提供依据。方法采用多重实时荧光PCR法,对2016年11月-2017年2月采集的265份流感样病例的咽拭子样本,检测人流感病毒、副流感病毒、人偏肺病毒、博卡病毒、人冠状病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒、腺病毒的核酸。结果本次检测中,任一病毒阳性率为36.60%,其中单一病毒感染占96.91%,混合感染占3.09%。单一病毒感染中,人流感病毒检出率最高(31.70%),其次为鼻病毒(2.26%)。2016年11月-2017年2月,不同月份病毒的总检出率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.780,P=0.619)。从年龄组成看,不同年龄组人群病毒的总检出率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.691,P=0.639),19~60岁组人群检出的病毒种类多于其他年龄组。结论 2016年11月-2017年2月,北京市通州区引起流感样病例的病毒并非只有流感病毒,也有鼻病毒、偏肺病毒、腺病毒等其他常见呼吸道病毒,建议加强常见呼吸道病毒的监测。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of pathogen spectrum of influenza like illness(ILI)cases in winter in Tongzhou Beijing,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures.Methods 265 throat swab samples collected during November 2016 and February 2017 were detected for Influenza virus,Parainfluenza virus,Human metapneumovirus,Human bokavirus,Human coronavirus,Respiratory syncytial virus,Adenovirus and Rhinovirus by using multiplex real-time fluorescence PCR.Results The positive rate of any one of the viruses was 36.60%.Single infections accounted for 96.6% and mixed infections accounted for 3.09%.In single infections,the positive rate of influenza virus was the highest(31.70%),followed by rhinovirus(2.26%).Comparison of the data from November 2016 to February2017 showed no significant differences in total detection rate of viruses(χ~2=1.780,P=0.619).There were no significant differences in total detection rate among different age groups(χ~2=1.691,P=0.639).But the species of viruses detected in the group of 19 to 60 years old were more than in the other age groups.Conclusion From November 2016 to February 2017,not only influenza virus,but also human coronavirus,adenovirus and rhinovirus were associated with the ILI cases in Tongzhou,Beijing.We should strengthen the monitoring on common respiratory viruses.
