阴道给药及其临床应用的研究进展

阴道给药有着独特的使用方式和治疗优势,在治疗妇女阴道病方面拥有安全性好、渗透性高、复发率低、稳定性强等特点。近年来阴道给药制剂发展迅猛,国内有许多厂家都在进行这方面的研究,多数阴道制剂均为化药制剂或中药制剂,少数为生物制剂。本研究通过查阅文献并参照最新版药典,总结各类阴道给药制剂的特点,分析比较其处方设计、制备工艺与临床应用,并对近年来新型阴道给药制剂进行分析,为阴道给药制剂剂型的深入研究提供思路。

Vaginal drug delivery is a unique way of drug administration and has many advantages in the treatment of women′s vaginal diseases with good safety,high permeability,low recurrence rate and good stability,etc.With the rapid emergence of vaginal preparations in recent years,many domestic manufacturers are carrying on RD in this field.Most of the vaginal preparations are chemical preparations or traditional Chinese medicine preparations,while a few are biological agents.Based on the relevant literatures and the latest edition of pharmacopoeia,this article summarizes the characteristics of various vaginal preparations,analyze and compare their prescription designs,manufacturing processes and clinical applications,and analyze also new vaginal preparations developed in recent years,in order to provide new idea for further research on the formulas of vaginal preparations.
