摘要
为实现车体调簧试验台上移动平台的精准定位,以S7-200 PLC为主站,上位机与编码器为从站构建Modbus定位控制网络,重点分析网络通信故障和编码器故障,并设计故障诊断机制,加强对网络运行状态监测,提高定位控制网络的稳定可靠性。此外,对定位控制网络及故障诊断机制开展仿真验证,实验结果表明,控制网络运行可靠,故障诊断机制灵活有效,可满足移动平台定位功能要求。
In order to achieve precise positioning of mobile platform that's on the locomotive body adjusting spring test-fig, Modbus positioning control network with S7 - 200 PLC as the master station, host computer and encoder as the slave station is proposed in this paper, furthermore, communication failure and encoder equipment failure of control network are analyzed in detail and then the fault diagnosis mechanism is designed, which strengthen the monitoring of the network's running status and improve the stability and reliability of positioning control network. In addition, simulations of positioning control network and fault diagnosis mechanism are carried out. The experimental results verify that the control network is feasible and reliable, and the fault diagnosis mechanism is flexible and effective, both of which meet function requirements of the positioning system.
