Study on a New Roller-type Fluorogypsum Crusher

针对氟石膏独特的物理化学性质和现有破碎机的缺点,提出一种新型辊式氟石膏破碎机系统,介绍了新型破碎机的工作原理,对电机进行功率的确定与选型,并对传动方案进行设计,最后提供此辊式破碎机的生产能力校核方法并进行实际验证。

Considering unique physical and chemical properties of fluorogypsum and the shortcomings of existing fluorogypsum crushers, a new roller-type fluorogypsum crusher system was proposed and its working principle was introduced, including determination of its motor capacity and type selection and design of the transmission program. The method to verify this crusher production capacity and the actual verification was presented.
