摘要
为探究旋启式止回阀阀盖厚度的计算公式,完成对旋启式止回阀的性能研究,在对常规阀盖计算公式进行分析的基础上对公式做了改进,提出一种改进的圆形平盖厚度计算公式。ANSYS有限元数值模拟结果表明:用改进后的计算公式得到的最大计算厚度位移量为0.013 586mm,小于允许值,满足设计要求。
In order to investigate the formula of calculating swing check valve＇ s cover thickness and realize the performance study thereof, having the commonly-used cover thickness calculation formula analyzed and based to propose an improved circular flat cover thickness calculation formula was implemented. Simulating with ANSYS shows that, the displacement of improved maximal thickness calculated is 0. 013 586mm less than allowable value and satisfies the deign requirement.
