腔内心电图定位在乳腺癌化疗病人上臂植入式输液港中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨腔内心电图定位在乳腺癌化疗病人上臂植入式输液港中的临床应用。方法接受超声引导下联合腔内心电图定位经上臂植入式输液港的乳腺癌化疗病人80例,X线确定导管尖端位置,明确心电图定位达标效果。结果所有病人均一次性置入成功,除1例到达对侧头臂静脉,无其他相关并发症发生,导管尖端位置均到达上腔静脉。结论腔内心电图定位经上臂植入式输液港导管尖端定位准确,成功率高,操作简便,经济。 Objective To explore the clinical application of intracardiac electrocardiogram( IEGM) in implantable fusion port via upper arm in patients with chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods A total of 80 cases underwent IEGM for implantable fusion port via upper arm under ultrasonic guidance,were analyzed retrospectively. X-ray was used to locate the site of catheter tip and the efficacy of the IEGM was evaluated. Results All patients were successfully implanted at the first time,except one case with the catheter implanted to the contralateral head and arm vein,while no related complications occurred and the catheter tip reached the superior vena cava. Conclusion IEGM is an accurate,safe and practical method for the implantation via upper arm. It is with the advantages of accurate catheter positioning,high success rate,simple operation and economy.
