温针灸治疗颈椎病引起的手麻120例分析

Analysis of 120 cases of hand hemp caused by acupuncture and moxibustion

目的探讨运用温针灸治疗颈椎病引起的手麻临床治疗效果。方法我院针灸科治疗的120例颈椎病引起手麻患者,随机分为温针组、常针组两组。常针组运用常针针灸治疗颈椎病引起的手麻,温针组运用温针加艾灸治疗,治疗后,统计两组患者疼痛Mcgill疼痛量表以及肩功能评分及临床治疗效果。结果通过统计学统计分析温针组Mcgill疼痛量表各指标低于常针组(P<0.05)。温针组Neer评分各指标高于常针组(P<0.05)。温针组总有效率为93.33%,高于常针组的75.00%。结论温针灸治疗颈椎病引起的手麻后,患者Mcgill疼痛量表各指标和颈功能Neer评分显著改善,且效果优于常规针刺。综上所述,温针灸可有效改善颈椎病患者引起的手麻症状,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 120 cases of cervical spondylosis caused by cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.Often using needle group often needle acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis hand hemp,group using wen wen needle plus moxibustion treatment,after treatment,the statistics of two groups of patients with pain Mcgill pain scale and shoulder function score and clinical therapeutic effect.Results Through statistical analysis of statistics wen needle group Mcgill pain scale of each index was significantly lower than normal needle group（P〈0.05）.Temperature needle group Neer scores of each index is significantly higher than often needle group（P〈0.05）.Wen needle group total effective rate was 93.33%,significantly higher than the needle group 75.00%.Conclusion After the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis hand hemp,patients with the index and function of carotid Neer Mcgill pain scale score improved significantly,and the effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture.Above all,warm acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients caused by hand hemp,effect is good.
