2012年辽宁省鞍山市区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡分析

Analysis of Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Anshan,Liaoning Provence,2012

目的分析鞍山市区2012年恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况,为恶性肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。方法收集鞍山市区肿瘤登记处2012年的恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料,计算恶性肿瘤发病(死亡)率、标化发病(死亡)率、年龄别发病(死亡)率和构成比等指标。标化率采用2000年全国人口普查标准人口年龄构成和Segi,s世界标准人口年龄构成为标准。结果 2012年鞍山市区新发恶性肿瘤5058例,发病率为348.54/10万,中标率为184.28/10万,世标率为178.50/10万;死亡3194例,死亡率220.09/10万,中标率为109.46/10万,世标率为107.52/10万。恶性肿瘤发病前五位为肺、结直肠、乳腺、肝、胃,前10位恶性肿瘤发病占全部恶性肿瘤的76.86%。恶性肿瘤死亡前五位是肺、肝、结直肠、胃、乳腺,前10位恶性肿瘤死亡占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的84.41%。结论鞍山市区恶性肿瘤现状不容乐观,肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌是威胁鞍山市区居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,应积极控制危险因素,加强防控。

Objective To investigate the incidence and mortality of cancer in Anshan,so as to provide the scientific evidence for cancer prevention and control.Methods The cancer data in cancer registry of Anshan in 2012 were collected.The crude cancer incidence/mortality,standardized incidence/mortality,age-spesific incidence/mortality and proportion were calculated.The age-standardized rate was adjusted by the 2000 Chinese standard population and the word Segi,s population.Results The new reported cancer case was 5058 in 2012.The incidence of cancer was 348.54/105,the age-standardized incidence by Chinese population was 184.28/105,the age-standardized incidence by world population was 178.50/105.There were 3194 cancer deaths in Anshan 10 2012,and the crude mortality was 220.09/105,the age-standardized mortality by Chinese population was 109.46/105,the age-standardized mortality by world population was 107.52/105.The top5 crude incidences were lung、colon and rectun、breast、liver and stomach.The top 10 cancer incidences accounted for 76.86% of all cancer new cases.The top 5 crude mortalities were lung、liver、colon and rectun、stomach and breast.The top10 cancer mortalities accounted for 84.41% of all cancer deaths.Conclusion The precention and control of malignant tumor is not optimistic.Lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer is a major threat to the health of Anshan residents,should actively control the risk factors,strengthen prevention and control.
