摘要
随着社会的进步和人们对医疗卫生品质追求的不断提升,医院的发展在于拥有一批综合实力极强的新型人才的重要性逐渐凸显出来,而住院医师的培养无疑起着关键性的作用。本文对目前"住院医师规范化培训"工作的现状进行了分析,并提出了建议。
With social progress and increasing need for high quality healthcare,it is critical for hospitals to have a team of well-rounded physicians.Residency programs therefore play a key role.This research analyzes the present situation of the ＂standardized training of residents＂（training） in China and provides valuable suggestions.
