摘要 通过对铅芯结构秒延期雷管的延期精度和点火可靠性,从产品结构、延期药和点火药剂、延期和点火铅芯直径对雷管点火可靠性和延期精度进行了实验研究,对铅芯切面及铅芯掉药对点火可靠性和延期精度的影响进行阐述。得到了点火药热值大,延期药可靠性高,药芯直径适中,铅芯马蹄面改为双平面形状、铅芯涂胶防止掉药等设计可有效保证铅芯结构秒延期雷管的可靠性的结论。 This paper studies on the delay precision and ignition reliability of lead core structure second delay detonator from production structure, delay composition and priming mixture, diameter of ignition lead core. And it also describes how lead core cut-surface and power falling influence the ignition reliability and delay precision. The result shows that lead core structure second delay detonator reliability can be effectively ensured with big heat value ignition composition, high reliability delay explosive, moderate diameter of lead core, changing horseshoe shape lead core surface to double fiat surface, coating on the lead core to prevent powder falling off, etc.
