从爆炸震动、爆炸冲击波和爆炸飞石的最小安全允许距离,得出民用爆炸物品地面储存库对尾矿库的最小安全允许距离。若民用爆炸物品地面储存库和尾矿库之间的实际距离大于民用爆炸物品地面储存库对尾矿库最小安全允许距离,则民用爆炸物品地面储存库对尾矿库存在的安全风险可以接受。通过实例计算,证实了该方法是一种针对性、可操作性、实用性较强的评价方法。
Minimum permitted safety distance between civil exploder depository on the ground and tailings reservoir is concluded from the minimum permitted distances of blasting vibration, shockwave and flying rocks. If the actual distance between the civil exploder depository on the ground and the railings reservoir is larger than the minimum permitted safety distance, its safety risk can be accepted. It is proved that this method is of pertinence, operability and practicability by example calculation.
